1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 14 to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please initiate the return process as soon as possible within this timeframe.2. Conditions for Goalkeeper Gloves
Due to the specific nature of goalkeeper gloves, we have strict requirements for their return to ensure they are in a re-sellable condition. We require gloves to be unused, in their original packaging, and with the palm’s protective plastic intact.- Unused Condition: The gloves must not show any signs of wear. This includes any use on a pitch or for training.
- Original Packaging: Gloves must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Protective Palm Plastic: The protective plastic film on the palms must be fully intact and not have been peeled off, even partially. Removing this film makes the gloves non-returnable.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid record of your purchase.
3. Conditions for Other Items (Apparel, Equipment, etc.)
For all other items such as apparel, base layers, and equipment, the following conditions apply:- Unused Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
- Original Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:- Personalised items.
5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:- Email us at grechsimon@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Wait for our team to reply with authorisation and further instructions.
- Package the item securely and send it to the address we provide. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.Please note that original shipping costs are generally not refunded.
