FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
?
What size gloves should I order?
To find your goalkeeper glove size, measure your dominant hand’s palm circumference just below the knuckles, add about 2-2.5 cm (1 inch) to this measurement for a proper fit, and then consult the manufacturer’s size chart to find your size. Gloves should be slightly loose, with fingertips extending 1-2.5 cm beyond the glove’s tips for better blocking, so it’s better to size up than down
Do Numero1 gloves work in all weather conditions?
Our gloves are highly made with quality German latex material, superior comfort and fit, and they perform in all weather conditions
How long will my gloves last?
Goalkeeper gloves can last anywhere from a few training sessions to a whole season or more, with the average lasting 3-4 months for a dedicated keeper, but this depends heavily on factors like usage frequency, the quality of the glove, the playing surface, and proper care. Training gloves typically wear out faster than match-quality gloves, and professional goalkeepers may change gloves even more frequently.
What’s your return policy?
We require gloves to be unused, in their original packaging, and with the palm’s protective plastic intact. You must return them within 14-30 days of purchase, and shipping costs are generally not refunded. Personalised items are not refundable.
Here’s a breakdown of common requirements and exceptions:
Common Requirements for Returns
- Unused Condition: The gloves must not show any signs of wear, which includes use.
- Original Packaging: Gloves must be in their original packaging.
- Protective Palm Plastic: The protective plastic film on the palm must still be on the gloves.
- Proof of Purchase: You will likely need to provide a record of your purchase.
- Return Window: Returns to be made within 14 to 30 days of purchase.
Can I wash my goalkeeper gloves?

After rinsing and gently squeezing out excess water, you should air-dry the gloves at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat, to protect the latex from damage and ensure they are ready for use
